An important focus of our company is the warehouse, where we catalog a wide selection of continuous fabrics, including denim and cottons, to ensure that raw materials are always available for our customers’ productions and reassortments. We ensure that we always have in stock, our fabrics, basics both denim and ready to dye so as to meet even the most urgent requests.
In order to ensure the best quality and research, we rely on multiple Italian and foreign suppliers who, thanks to the favorable location of our headquarters, ensure fast delivery times and as quick as possible.
Through the constant search for ever-new fabrics, we strive to ensure that quality is always high, with the utmost respect for environmental regulations; in an industry where there is an increasing need for eco-sustainability, we strive to use raw materials that conform to standards.
Our specialists in the field accompany the client from the earliest stages of development. Our offices are equipped to make sure that the client has all the useful means at his disposal so that the initial idea is then developed and concretized.
We always set up a private office, so that the study of the product is personal and takes place with the necessary privacy, as well as making available the entire warehouse and a vast archive of fabric samples washes patterns fit’, which is continuously updated.

The Cutting Room has a production capacity of about 4,000 garments per day and is continuously supervised to ensure that it runs smoothly.
In addition to in-house chains, we also rely on external laboratories, which greatly increase our production capacity and allow for ever-increasing productivity. Currently our internal and external production lines , produce about 2500/3000 garments per day.
This department is very large and is divided into respectively: Denim Processing Department, Laundry Department, Dyeing Department,Denim Sample Department and Dyeing Sample Department, Laser Department and Embroidery Department.
Thanks to the use of ever-new technologies and state-of-the-art machinery for printing,laser and embroidery, we are able to meet different types of demands.
The Laundry Department has a production capacity of about 4,000 garments per day; it boasts the use of ozone technology, flow, which greatly reduce water waste. So we have products and certifications that allow us to make productions with eco-sustainable processes, for the protection of the environment; together with many customers we are developing projects with eco-sustainable products, making certified washes and fabrics, which are enjoying huge success at the sale.
The ironing department, with attached quality control, represents one of the most important points of the production process, as it is the calling card of our company.
Garment ironing, garment dressing and quality control takes place at this stage; each garment is individually checked in every part before being prepared for shipment, to ensure the highest quality and meet the customer’s expectations.
